Territory Manager – Ostomy Care (Tampa, FL)

About the role

The Ostomy Care Territory Manager will drive sales growth for Coloplast’s Ostomy Care product portfolio in the Tampa territory, building relationships with acute‑care customers and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts, develop and execute territory plans, and achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct consultative selling, present value propositions, and leverage GPO/IDN contracts and marketing tools.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Stay informed on clinical product knowledge, competitive activity, and market trends; attend industry events.
• Manage CRM data, sales reporting, and expense administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of medical‑technology sales experience (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time, including overnight trips, and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems for data management.
