Territory Manager – Continence Care (Seattle)

About the role

The Continence Care Territory Manager is responsible for achieving territory sales objectives by cultivating business partnerships, delivering product in‑services, and driving market share for Coloplast’s continence care portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts, develop and execute territory plans, and advance sales processes to meet or exceed contract commitments.
• Apply consultative selling techniques, leverage GPO/IDN contracts, marketing directives, and sales reports to maximize growth.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with customers and cross‑functional teams to increase product usage.
• Stay current on clinical product knowledge, competitive activity, and market trends; attend industry meetings as needed.
• Utilize CRM tools for accurate record‑keeping, sales reporting, and expense management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years of medical‑technology sales experience (or equivalent education/experience combinations).
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time, including overnight trips, and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and detail‑orientation skills.
