Territory Manager – Comfort Medical (Indianapolis)

About the role

The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through cultivating business partnerships, driving market share and sales growth. The role focuses on selling Comfort Medical’s service portfolio to key customers in the Indianapolis area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve objectives and grow market share.
• Identify and target growth opportunities with community‑based continence programs and rehab centers.
• Provide consultative selling, presenting clinical and financial value propositions to key decision makers.
• Support community support groups and mentor newly injured patients transitioning from rehab to home.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reporting, and expense management using PowerBI and Brightree.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of medical‑technology sales experience (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time, including overnight trips, and ability to meet credentialing requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet healthcare customers at their facilities.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and detail‑oriented skills with effective written and oral communication.

• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• CRM tools for territory management.
• PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
• Brightree software for account follow‑up.
