Temporary Leasing Professional – Vale at The Alcove

About the role

The Temporary Leasing Professional will support Vale at The Alcove by driving leasing activity, ensuring resident satisfaction, and helping achieve occupancy and revenue targets. This role involves direct interaction with prospects, new residents, and existing tenants throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.
• Maintain show units and common areas to Greystar’s quality standards, coordinating upkeep with the maintenance team.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents early, and ensuring timely execution.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably with affordable housing.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
