About the role

This position coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a stabilized community of 223 units, aiming to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to achieve occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needed.
• Monitor market conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referrals, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, or cards to ensure satisfaction and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience in property management.
• Valid driver’s license and any state‑required leasing licenses or certifications.
