Technology Training Specialist

About the role

Brilliant Corners is seeking a highly motivated Technology Training Specialist to lead the training program for its technology platforms. You will design, develop, and deliver both web‑based and in‑person training to staff and external partners, ensuring effective adoption of new tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver basic and specialized technology training based on organizational needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate in‑person and virtual training sessions, handling logistics and scheduling.
• Create learning resources such as user guides, instructional materials, and self‑study documents.
• Work closely with internal management to identify training priorities and develop tailored training plans.
• Collaborate with the Product Development team on software updates that require end‑user training.
• Develop assessments, monitor attendance, and report on training metrics.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve content.
• Conduct skills and knowledge assessments to identify growth areas.

Required profile

• Experienced trainer comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical content and translate it into clear training materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Thrives in a rapidly changing environment where ideas are respected.
