Software Engineer II – SAP Full Stack (Remote, US)

About the role

Join BNSF | Tech’s Enterprise Engineering team as a Software Engineer II focused on SAP full‑stack development. This remote position supports critical collaboration tools and services that enable Finance, HR, Legal and other business functions across the nation’s largest freight railroad.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack SAP solutions that improve workforce productivity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable systems for finance, human resources, legal and other enterprise domains.
• Provide technical expertise across the SAP ecosystem, aligning to specific modules based on individual strengths.
• Occasionally travel (up to 20%) to corporate headquarters in Fort Worth, TX for in‑person meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SAP professional with broad technical knowledge of the SAP ecosystem.
• Authorized to work in the United States; open to H‑1B transfers, TN status, and STEM OPT candidates with at least two years of eligibility.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
