About the role
The Technology Solutions team is looking for a Product Designer to drive the end‑to‑end design process. You will collaborate with business analysts, product managers and engineering teams to create user‑focused solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in every stage of the product design cycle, from discovery to developer handoff and user acceptance testing.
- Lead product design activities, ensuring design quality and alignment with specifications.
- Accurately estimate design tickets during planning sessions.
- Contribute to sketching sessions with non‑designers and create UI deliverables such as style guides and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Validate design decisions with data, define test assumptions each sprint, and coordinate moderated usability tests with analysts.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Proficiency with Sketch and either InVision or Framer X.
- Experience working in an agile environment, typically two‑week sprints.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
