Technology Project Lead – New York

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technology Project Lead to drive digital transformation initiatives for its Financial Services clients in New York. The role will involve coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery of AI‑enabled solutions across banking, wealth management and insurance domains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, proactively identifying resource gaps to meet delivery dates.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders, conducting regular status meetings and milestone reviews.
• Guide the team through Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, guaranteeing that deliverables align with client specifications.
• Monitor quality metrics and project outputs across all phases to satisfy stakeholder expectations.
• Assist in preparing project budgets that reflect scope, strategy and key deliverables.
• Identify scope changes and new client requests, estimate effort, obtain approvals and secure sign‑offs.
