About the role

Infosys' Data and Analytics (DNA) unit is seeking a Technology Project Lead to drive data‑centric initiatives for clients in Indianapolis. You will lead cross‑functional teams, align project goals with business objectives, and ensure delivery of innovative AI and analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in line with client goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular status updates.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop project estimates, monitor budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and foster professional development.
• Manage scope changes, ensure proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates.
