Technology Lead

About the role

Infosys’ Data and Analytics (DNA) unit is seeking a Technology Lead to drive data‑driven solutions for clients in Atlanta. The role sits within the Technology Consultant 2 career track and focuses on designing, building, and maintaining advanced analytics applications using big‑data and Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and contribute to the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture design decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features or updates while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, maintain code repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes, and uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Experience in delivering high‑quality software solutions in a data‑analytics environment.
