Technical Sales Manager – Special Machinery & Automation

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager with experience in industrial automation and special machinery to expand our partner and customer network across the US and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in target markets, generate leads and maintain relationships.
• Align NDAs, purchasing agreements, quotations and pricing strategies to close contracts.
• Build and execute partner outreach and benchmarking strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management to create and implement special‑purpose machinery concepts.

Required profile

• 5+ years in special‑purpose machinery building, automation or systems integration with a proven sales record.
• Strong knowledge of the US (and preferably Canadian and international) manufacturing market.
• Excellent customer relationship management and ability to capture and transfer market requirements.
• Business‑level English; additional languages (German, Spanish) are a plus.

• Technical competence in mechanical/industrial engineering concepts.
• Project delivery and management capabilities.
• Ability to develop and articulate sales strategies to senior stakeholders.
