Technical Recruiter – Manufacturing Focus

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a skilled Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and attract top talent for its manufacturing and autonomous‑maritime teams. This full‑time, on‑site role blends strategic talent acquisition with high‑volume recruiting in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, guiding them from job description creation to offer acceptance.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical and production roles, ensuring a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Manage a high volume of active candidates while developing creative attraction strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Provide a positive interview experience from initial screening through negotiation.
• Continuously evaluate and streamline the interview and selection process.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, team‑oriented setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
