Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a driven Technical Recruiter to own the full‑cycle hiring process for our prime contracts supporting the Intelligence Community. Based in our Annapolis Junction office with some telework flexibility, you will source, assess, and onboard cleared IT professionals while delivering a high‑touch candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for cleared Information Technology roles in the Ft. Meade/Annapolis Junction market.
• Develop targeted sourcing campaigns using Boolean strings, clearance databases, local events, and cold‑calling.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of cleared talent and map candidates to open requisitions across multiple contracts.
• Partner with hiring managers, program managers, and technical leaders to define role requirements and provide market insights.
• Post job descriptions on LinkedIn, social media, and the ATS, ensuring alignment with company culture.
• Attend local career fairs and networking events to build face‑to‑face relationships.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑life‑cycle technical recruitment experience, preferably within the Intelligence Community or similarly niche markets.
• Demonstrated ability to source hard‑to‑fill technical roles and manage high‑volume pipelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all platforms.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑directed in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter/Lite.
• Experience using web‑based ATS platforms such as BreezyHR or BambooHR.
• Strong Boolean search techniques and familiarity with clearance databases.
