Technical Project Manager – Software Projects (E2)

About the role

The Technical Project Manager (E2) supports planning and execution of cross‑functional software projects within a semiconductor environment. You will coordinate activities, maintain schedules, track risks and dependencies, and help deliver software initiatives that enable semiconductor products, platforms, tools, or embedded systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables and resource needs in collaboration with engineering leads and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across software, hardware, validation, quality, product management and operations to ensure successful delivery.
• Track progress, identify risks, manage dependencies and escalate issues across workstreams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives and status reviews.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards, action logs and status reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing technical or software development projects in semiconductor, embedded software or related engineering environments.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, project scheduling, risk tracking and cross‑functional execution.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and business stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
