Key responsibilities

• Guide the technical team through SDLC processes, guaranteeing that all deliverables meet client specifications.
• Monitor project outputs across all phases, ensuring quality standards and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Assist in creating project budgets aligned with scope, strategy, and key deliverables.
• Identify scope changes and new client requests, estimate effort, obtain approvals, and secure sign‑offs.
