Technical Product Manager

About the role

Alkira, a Lumen company, is looking for a Technical Product Manager to bridge business strategy, customer needs, and engineering execution. You will define product vision, prioritize investments, and ensure solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on customer and business outcomes.
• Partner with engineering to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions while managing trade‑offs and scalability.
• Leverage customer insights, market research, analytics, and competitive intelligence to drive product decisions.
• Develop clear product requirements and success criteria to enable efficient execution.
• Manage risks, dependencies, releases, and technical constraints for predictable outcomes.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud platforms, and modern architectures.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization from concept to delivery.
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset using data, metrics, and experimentation to prioritize opportunities.
• Experience gathering and translating customer insights into product requirements.
