Technical Product Manager (AI) – Vault Medical

About the role

Join Veeva Systems to design and deliver high‑value AI Agent solutions for Vault Medical, helping medical affairs teams accelerate speed‑to‑market while ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, configure, and validate AI Agent solutions rapidly to solve the right problems.
• Lead AI orchestration, data‑flow design, RAG architectures, and complex prompt engineering.
• Identify high‑impact use cases for LLMs in Medical Affairs workflows.
• Define and track KPIs to demonstrate AI ROI to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to integrate solutions across Veeva applications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience with AI/ML, LLMs and Generative AI.
• Strong Python coding skills and experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Deep understanding of data‑flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine‑tuning for regulated content.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Based in the Eastern Standard Time zone and authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
