Technical Call Center Agent – Bilingual French

About the role

Panasonic is looking for a Technical Call Center Agent who can provide bilingual (French/English) support to existing customers. You will handle inbound help‑desk inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring users can effectively operate the Clearview product in their daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve inbound technical support and customer service requests through phone, email, chat or similar channels.
• Troubleshoot a wide range of issues related to the Clearview product and create or close support tickets.
• Assist fellow agents with unresolved questions and provide guidance.
• Place outbound calls to give customers updates and follow‑up on open cases.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French (preferred) with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a service‑oriented environment.
• Professional demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
• Quick learner who proactively approaches tasks and problem‑solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Clearview product knowledge (or ability to learn quickly).
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• General computer and internet proficiency.
