Technical Architect – AI Solutions & Training

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Technical Architect to help customers adopt Claude Code, Claude Tag and the enterprise admin controls. You will teach engineers, partners and Anthropic field teams how to deploy AI‑driven solutions safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver public webinars, workshops and on‑site training sessions for thousands of engineers, tailoring content to each customer’s codebase.
• Run train‑the‑trainer programs, certify customer technologists and empower enterprise admins on SSO, permissions, spend controls and data‑handling policies.
• Rapidly prototype demos, decks or plugins using Claude Code to showcase new features within a day.
• Provide feedback to product teams on rollout challenges and act as the technical voice alongside account executives and support engineers.
• Travel 30‑50% of the time for onsite events, workshops and conferences.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a software engineer, solutions architect or developer advocate, with a track record of shipping production code.
• Experience presenting to large live audiences and handling on‑the‑fly demos.
• Ability to engage with senior engineers across the stack and guide them through complex technical discussions.
• Strong commitment to safe, responsible AI deployment in enterprise environments.
