Technical Account Manager

About the role

TensorWave is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise customers using its AI compute cloud platform. Reporting to the Customer Experience team, you will act as the primary technical liaison throughout onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal phases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 5‑10 customer accounts end‑to‑end, developing success plans aligned with customer roadmaps.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and monitor health metrics such as utilization, ticket volume, and CSAT.
• Identify technical risks (under‑utilization, configuration drift, hardware EOL) and coordinate cross‑functional incident response.
• Produce technical documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, migration plans, and post‑incident reports.
• Partner with Sales to qualify and drive upsell opportunities, providing technical depth for new workloads.
• Contribute to the TAM knowledge base, flag process gaps, and mentor junior peers.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a technical, customer‑facing role such as solutions engineering, technical account management, or customer success engineering.
• Proven track record of independently managing enterprise relationships with measurable retention and expansion results.
• Strong analytical mindset for root‑cause analysis of infrastructure incidents.
