Tech Talk: AI Fundamentals & Applied AI Mentor

About the role

Udacity is seeking experienced AI professionals to serve as mentors for learners enrolled in business‑focused AI programs. In this role you will lead live, interactive Tech Talk sessions that help senior managers and executives deepen their understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI and large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live AI learning sessions for groups of 10‑100 participants, ranging from entry‑level cohorts to cross‑functional leadership teams.
• Explain core AI concepts (AI vs. ML vs. GenAI, LLM fundamentals) in a clear, accessible manner.
• Tailor content to the audience’s role, seniority, and specific learning goals.
• Provide real‑world context, sharing successes and failures from production AI deployments.
• Support learners through structured Udacity curriculum and applied projects, helping them connect theory to practical implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and operating AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor senior professionals.
• Comfort presenting to diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams.
• Passion for education and talent transformation in technology.
