Team Truck Driver (Class A) – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking Class A Team Drivers to haul van trailers up to 53' or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a 5‑day on‑road schedule with two days home each week and a competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver van trailers up to 53' or double trailers on assigned routes.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment and adhere to all traffic regulations.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report any issues.
• Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery schedules.
• Ensure accurate documentation of loads and mileage.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if FMCSA transition criteria are met).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to operate equipment safely at all times.
