About the role

R+L Carriers is hiring Class A Team Drivers for its Arlington, TN service center. Drivers enjoy a home‑every‑week schedule (5 days on the road, 2 days off) and a competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day off‑road schedule, returning home each weekend.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in the past 3 years) and age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty; dependable and safety‑focused.
• Preferred: endorsements for doubles/triples, tanker, haz‑mat; experience hauling haz‑mat, pulling doubles, or LTL freight.
