Teaching Assistant – Primary & Secondary Schools

About the role

Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary classrooms in Boston, Lincolnshire. You will work alongside teachers to help deliver engaging lessons and create an inclusive learning environment for pupils.

Key responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils with additional needs where applicable.

Required profile

• Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and supporting student progress.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA) are advantageous but not required.
