About the role

This full‑time position combines classroom teaching with the overall leadership of Eagle School International, overseeing staff, policies, and the school’s spiritual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all school staff, implement board policies, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Maintain voucher school status, oversee international program certification, and manage public records.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and, if necessary, dismiss staff across teaching, maintenance, food service, athletics, and support functions.
• Handle budgeting, purchase orders, financial transactions, and annual budget proposals to the school board.
• Conduct public relations activities, community outreach, and maintain a welcoming spiritual tone for students and visitors.
• Teach half‑day classroom sessions in subjects to be negotiated.

Required profile

• Genuine Christian faith with a commitment to biblical teachings and spiritual education.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience as a teacher and some supervisory experience.
• Association with a physical church in good standing.
• Alignment with Eagle School’s educational philosophy and a passion for Christian education.
