About the role

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lesson plans that meet state and district curriculum standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and respect.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing constructive feedback.
• Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and special‑education needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student performance and behavior.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to improve instructional practices.
• Participate in professional development to stay current with educational best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid state teaching certification or license for the relevant grade level/subject.
• Strong communication and classroom‑management abilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet state/district employment requirements.
