Tax Professional – On-site Contract in Philadelphia

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Professional to join our Philadelphia office on a contract basis. You will work directly with clients, preparing and filing their tax returns while providing strategic tax planning advice.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual and business tax returns accurately and on time.
• Offer comprehensive tax planning services tailored to client needs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with federal, state and local tax law changes.
• Advise clients on the financial implications of tax decisions.
• Maintain precise documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Build strong client relationships to deliver a positive experience.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in tax preparation and tax planning.
• In‑depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Experience in finance and financial advising related to tax matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or Enrolled Agent are a plus.
