Tax Manager (CPA) – Full-Time

As part of the DHJJ team you will collaborate with colleagues in person or remotely via Microsoft Teams, work on in‑depth tax issues and join practice groups to deepen your experience.

Key responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to review increasingly complex tax returns and support team members.
• Use understanding of client businesses to diagnose opportunities and suggest solutions.
• Plan, organize, and control multiple responsibilities and resources to meet assignment objectives.
• Manage assignment budgets, anticipate issues, improve profitability, prepare billings and assist in cash collections.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to Associates and Seniors.

Required profile

• Licensed CPA with at least 5 years of tax experience.
• Technical expert who enjoys helping clients and sharing knowledge.
• Aspiring to advance to a Principal role and grow the firm.

Required skills

• Thorough knowledge of professional standards, emerging laws and regulations.
• Ability to present ideas confidently and act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Excellent management, team‑building and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
