Tax JD Internship – Summer 2027 (Miami)

About the role

As a Tax JD Intern at PwC in Miami, you will join the Tax practice for the summer of 2027. The internship offers a dynamic learning environment where you will support tax teams, gain exposure to global tax issues, and develop practical skills in corporate tax planning and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies.
• Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Contribute to corporate tax planning and compliance activities to optimize tax positions.
• Participate in tax modeling, post‑deal integration, and tax‑finance integration projects.
• Help draft and review purchase and sale agreements to facilitate transactions.
• Conduct research on tax regulations and industry‑specific tax issues.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Juris Doctorate degree.
• Commitment to meet PwC’s educational requirements and pass the Bar exam before full‑time employment.
• Typically in the second year of a three‑year JD program at the time of application.
• Preference for an overall GPA of 3.5 or higher.
