About the role

Join PwC's Tax practice in Washington DC as a Tax JD Intern for the Summer of 2027. You will work in a dynamic learning environment, supporting tax teams and gaining exposure to global tax complexities while developing professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies.
• Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Participate in corporate tax planning and compliance activities.
• Engage in tax modeling, research on tax regulations, and industry‑specific tax issues.
• Contribute to post‑deal integration, tax‑finance integration, and purchase‑sale agreement projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients, actively listen to feedback, and apply it to personal growth.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Juris Doctorate degree.
• Committed to meeting educational requirements and passing the Bar exam before full‑time employment.
• Typically in the second year of a three‑year JD program at the time of application.
• Preferably a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
