Task Associate

About the role

The Task Associate supports daily store operations at Ulta Beauty, ensuring merchandise is stocked, displays are maintained, and the store environment is clean and welcoming. This role works closely with the Merchandise and Operations Managers to meet performance metrics and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Keep fixtures stocked, signed, faced, and ensure testers are available for guests.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and physical inventory procedures using store technology.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, cashwrap, backroom, restrooms, and break areas.
• Complete shipment processing, replenishment, and inventory counts in a timely manner.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and loss‑prevention best practices.
• Attend scheduled training sessions and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
