Talent Supply Chain Consultant – Spring, TX (Onsite)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Supply Chain Consultant to join its team in Spring, TX. In this client‑facing position you will partner with hiring managers to design and deliver workforce solutions that meet evolving business needs, leveraging procurement technology platforms and market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of temporary and contract positions, providing a consultative experience to both hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct consultation calls to assess workforce needs, recommend sourcing strategies, and guide clients through requisition processes.
• Utilize procurement technology tools to ensure seamless movement of requisitions through internal systems.
• Document and communicate key data to the supply‑chain team, monitor daily requisition progress, and follow up for timely fulfillment.
• Support financial processes such as time‑card, expense management, invoice processing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, negotiate bill rates, and maintain compliance with Kelly’s documentation standards.
• Deliver on KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong consultative and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience in workforce management, recruitment, or talent acquisition within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Ability to analyze labor market trends and apply data‑driven insights to sourcing strategies.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on process adherence and documentation quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement technology platforms used for requisition and candidate management.
• Knowledge of candidate assessment techniques and resume screening.
• Familiarity with financial processes related to time‑cards, expenses, and invoicing.
