Talent Supply Chain Consultant – Remote (US)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Supply Chain Consultant to partner with hiring managers and deliver temporary or contract talent solutions for U.S.-based clients. This fully remote position focuses on end‑to‑end workforce procurement, leveraging technology platforms and consultative expertise to match the right talent with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, from requisition to offer.
• Conduct consultative calls with hiring managers to define talent requirements and recommend sourcing strategies.
• Utilize procurement technology tools to move requisitions through client internal processes.
• Provide detailed documentation and data to supply‑chain teams via reports and conference calls.
• Monitor daily requisition progress, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely communication.
• Support financial processes including time‑card, expense management, invoicing, and rate negotiations.
• Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required profile

• Proven experience in workforce management, staffing, or talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on temporary/contract talent.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to drive consultations and provide guidance on delivery solutions.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
