About the role
The Talent Supply Chain Consultant provides expertise to hiring managers for procuring temporary and contract talent, leveraging procurement technology to meet workforce needs.
Key responsibilities
- Full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of temporary and contract positions.
- Consult with hiring managers to assess needs and design sourcing strategies.
- Utilize procurement technology and VMS tools to move requisitions through client processes.
- Provide detailed data and documentation to supply‑chain teams and monitor daily requisition progress.
- Negotiate bill rates in line with market rates and manage time‑card, expense and invoicing processes.
- Maintain KPI and SLA performance, conduct continuous‑improvement activities and resolve supplier issues.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of recruitment or temporary‑labor experience, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
- Strong multitasking, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strategic client and supplier relationships and drive engagement.
- Analytical and organizational capabilities with experience using data to influence decisions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using VMS (Vendor Management System) or other procurement technology platforms.
