Talent Sourcer – Strategic Recruiting Specialist

About the role

Inspira Education is building a high‑performing sourcing engine that treats every search as a targeted problem. As a Talent Sourcer you will own the end‑to‑end sourcing process, partner closely with hiring managers, and create repeatable playbooks that scale the function.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute advanced Boolean and X‑ray searches on LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for hard‑to‑fill, niche, or senior roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft detailed Ideal Candidate Profiles that go beyond the job description.
• Maintain multiple concurrent sourcing pipelines while preserving candidate quality.
• Conduct high‑volume, personalized outreach and continuously refine messaging based on response data.
• Screen candidates before handing them off to the hiring team.
• Document sourcing playbooks, SOPs, and metrics such as response rates, conversion, and time‑to‑fill.
• Identify ineffective search strategies early and redesign them rather than increasing volume.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience with deep expertise in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven track record filling hard or senior roles through proactive sourcing.
• Experience sourcing across multiple functions, not limited to a single specialty.
• Excellent written communication skills that generate responses from passive candidates.
• Systems‑thinking mindset with a habit of documenting processes for repeatability.
• Ability to manage several searches simultaneously with autonomy.
