About the role

As a Talent Operations Coordinator supporting the R&D team, you ensure every candidate interaction feels personal and seamless. You act as the go‑to person for interview logistics, calendar management, and on‑site hospitality, helping the research and engineering teams stay focused on innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Own scheduling and interview logistics for the R&D team, handling multiple time zones and last‑minute changes.
• Greet and host candidates on‑site, creating a comfortable environment for both first‑time interviewers and seasoned researchers.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to flag and resolve issues early.
• Manage the ATS (Ashby) data to keep the talent pipeline clean and up‑to‑date.
• Analyze hiring metrics such as time‑to‑hire and team growth, providing insights to leadership.
• Assist in organizing team events, off‑sites, and research showcases.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent operations within a fast‑moving technical environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially with calendar invites and time‑zone accuracy.
• Proactive problem‑solver who fixes clunky processes without being asked.
• Strong interpersonal skills, caring about the interview experience for all parties.
• Ability to juggle multiple moving pieces calmly and reliably.
