About the role
Cohere is expanding its Talent Team and needs a creative, high‑performing specialist to shape the company’s employer brand and attract top frontier AI talent worldwide. You will drive strategic recruitment‑marketing initiatives that position Cohere as the destination for ambitious researchers and engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that defines and promotes Cohere’s identity, culture, and technical leadership to target talent groups.
- Run multi‑channel recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job boards, and search engines to reach priority candidates.
- Create compelling content such as job descriptions, employee success stories, and optimized career‑site landing pages.
- Optimize and maintain the career site experience while tracking engagement through candidate relationship management tools.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics (cost‑per‑hire, conversion rates, ROI) to continuously refine the approach.
- Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Research teams to ensure consistent messaging across all candidate touchpoints.
Required profile
- 6+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi‑channel campaigns.
- Strong portfolio of compelling job descriptions and employee narratives.
- Experience with candidate relationship management tools and career‑site optimization.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking and analysing recruitment metrics.
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of the talent landscape in this field.
