Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive its growth by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers and lead full‑cycle recruiting across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a candidate‑focused recruiting philosophy with prompt feedback and clear communication.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess talent needs and design customized recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates for critical roles using LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking, job boards, and referrals.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring.
• Ensure accurate, compliant use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for resume review, tracking, reporting, and auditing.
• Work with the TA team to enhance employer branding and improve recruiting processes.
• Develop strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to source high‑quality candidates using diverse methods.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with urgency and as part of a team.
• Strong computer proficiency and excellent written communication skills.
• Track record of recruiting in a high‑volume environment.
