Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator

About the role

Join ATBS as a Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator, supporting recruiting, retention, and training initiatives. You’ll help attract top talent, develop engaging training programs, and coordinate employee appreciation events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the applicant tracking system, screen candidates, and coordinate hiring with managers.
• Promote ATBS’s employer brand on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Design and deliver training for new hires and current staff to boost performance.
• Lead retention initiatives such as monthly celebrations and quarterly events.
• Assist the TAD team with brainstorming initiatives and administrative tasks.
• Support the reception queue to enhance customer service.

Required profile

• Progress toward a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in HR, recruiting, marketing, or education preferred.
• Outgoing, social personality with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Google Suite proficiency.
