Systems Support Administrator

About the role

Framestore’s award‑winning Technology team is looking for a Systems Support Administrator to join its New York studio. This full‑time, on‑site position supports a diverse technology infrastructure that powers world‑class visual effects production.

Key responsibilities

• Provide escalation support for incidents and requests via JIRA Service Desk.
• Handle storage requests and maintain physical and logical systems.
• Administer OS images and Linux/Windows application packages.
• Manage license servers, render‑farm software, and enterprise storage platforms.
• Monitor system health and alerts using Grafana and Nagios.
• Produce and update documentation in Confluence.
• Collaborate with other technology teams to support artist workflows.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours support.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a Level 1 IT or similar role.
• Hands‑on hardware experience (builds, upgrades, repairs).
• Strong customer‑facing and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
