Systems Engineer – Robotic Systems Development

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Systems Engineer to join our Robotics Systems Development team, focusing on Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) solutions for global material handling applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning and integration of hardware and software for mobile robots and AGV systems.
• Capture, analyze, and manage system requirements to align with customer needs.
• Drive standardization of system architectures and interfaces across solutions.
• Use MBSE and SysML modeling to detail complex system interactions and ensure traceability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2‑5 years of engineering experience, including 3+ years with material handling equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, SysML modeling.
• Requirements engineering tools such as DOORS, PTC RV&S, or Siemens Teamcenter.
• Experience with AGVs, pallet conveyors, industrial trucks, or AS/RS.
• Knowledge of WMS, WCS, or control‑level software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; software programming experience is a plus.
