About the role
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to provide advanced technical support in a fast‑paced managed services environment. You will act as a key escalation point for complex incidents across Windows, server, network, and cloud platforms, ensuring minimal disruption for multi‑tenant clients.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver remote support for escalated incidents across Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and SharePoint.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex workstation, server, and networking issues using structured root‑cause analysis.
- Serve as an escalation point for engineering teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Communicate clearly with clients via phone, email, and chat, documenting all steps in internal tools.
- Analyze unfamiliar client environments to identify optimal resolution paths and improve service outcomes.
- Manage networking components such as DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, VPNs, and Layer 2/3 configurations.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation to increase efficiency.
- Participate in security monitoring, risk identification, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or MSP/multi‑tenant environments.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, Exchange/M365, Intune, and SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, VPNs).
- Experience with endpoint security tools, backup/disaster recovery, and patch management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
