Supply Chain Manager – Los Angeles

About the role

Eaton’s IS AER FMC division is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for its Los Angeles plant, which designs and manufactures valves, regulators, and fluid controls for the aerospace industry. The manager will lead the transformation of supply‑chain functions, ensuring clear ownership and network‑level decision making across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage demand planning, material scheduling, and ordering to meet customer product delivery requirements.
• Oversee direct and indirect material purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, shipping and receiving.
• Lead supply‑chain personnel in procurement, receipt, disbursement, and inventory control to guarantee on‑time order fulfillment.
• Train and educate team members on supply‑chain techniques, business systems, and reporting tools.
• Implement cost‑effective logistics practices while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Analyze data and prepare managerial reports to support optimal supply‑chain execution.
• Coordinate material cost and schedule impacts of engineering changes and ensure successful implementation of releases.
• Design and manage physical inventory audit processes that meet corporate, governmental, and customer specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing supply‑chain functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop direct reports.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make actionable recommendations.
• Experience with aerospace‑related products is a plus.

Required skills

• MFGPro (or equivalent enterprise resource planning system)
