Supply Chain Consulting – Warehouse Automation Director

About the role

As a Warehouse Automation Director within PwC's Supply Chain Consulting practice, you will shape the strategic direction of warehouse automation projects for leading clients. You will combine deep supply‑chain knowledge with technology insight to drive efficiency, cost reduction and greater responsiveness across end‑to‑end logistics networks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and rollout of warehouse automation strategies that improve operational performance.
• Partner with clients to analyse current supply‑chain processes, pinpoint improvement opportunities and develop optimisation plans.
• Advise on technology selection and data‑analytics approaches to build connected, agile supply‑chain networks.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining executive‑level client relationships.
• Identify market gaps, generate new business opportunities and contribute to firm growth.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture where people and technology thrive together.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in supply‑chain, operations or related engineering fields.
• Preferred academic background in engineering disciplines such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
