Supply Chain Consulting - Relex Director

About the role

PwC is seeking a Director to lead its Supply Chain Consulting practice focused on Relex solutions. In this senior position you will partner with clients to analyse end‑to‑end supply chain processes, identify improvement opportunities and design strategies that boost efficiency, cut costs and increase responsiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to optimise supply‑chain operations and improve visibility.
• Collaborate with client teams to assess current processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Develop and implement efficiency‑driving, cost‑reduction and responsiveness‑boosting strategies.
• Provide guidance on technology and data‑analytics solutions that create a connected, agile supply‑chain network.
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining executive‑level client relationships.
• Drive business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful engagements.
• Mentor and develop emerging leaders within the practice.
• Promote technological advances and foster a culture where people and technology thrive together.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for candidates with an engineering background (e.g., Aerospace, Automotive, Biomedical, Chemical, Computer, Industrial, Mechanical, Production, Materials Science, etc.).
