Supplier Quality Engineer

About the role

SLB New Energy & Industrial is looking for a motivated Supplier Quality Engineer to support its Data Center infrastructure solutions business. You will be responsible for ensuring supplier quality throughout the supply chain, driving continuous improvement and mitigating risks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct day‑to‑day quality assurance activities, including supplier assessments, monitoring, development and surveillance.
• Respond to supplier quality issues, perform root‑cause investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Audit and assess supplier systems and processes against data‑center requirements and industry standards.
• Support pre‑production meetings and act as a risk‑mitigation liaison with suppliers.
• Perform new supplier assessments aligned with procurement objectives.
• Deliver training and support to suppliers on BOM, problem‑solving, 6S and other expectations.
• Assist the procurement team with supplier action plans resulting from NCRs.
• Maintain all required records, metrics and documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
