Blender – Production Operator (2nd Shift)

About the role

As a Blender at Ascentek you will produce oil blends for a variety of products using both small‑scale and large‑scale mixing equipment. The role is full‑time, hourly, on the 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 1:30 am) with occasional Friday work as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Follow written work orders to blend raw materials into finished products.
• Gather and stage raw materials, operate blending and fluid‑handling equipment safely.
• Prepare samples and coordinate with the Quality Control Lab for approval.
• Receive inbound shipments, record inventory in the warehouse management system, and store materials securely.
• Operate a forklift and other material‑handling equipment, performing safety checks and reporting repairs.
• Package bulk material for replenishment orders and maintain a clean work area.
• Attend scheduled training, safety, and departmental meetings.

Required profile

• Flexibility to work any shift, weekends, and adjust hours based on production needs.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
