Supplier Business Management III (B3)

About the role

We are seeking a Supplier Business Management III (B3) to lead strategic projects and resolve tactical supply‑chain issues for our supplier sites. Reporting to the Supplier Account Manager, you will drive execution of supplier and commodity strategies that support our semiconductor equipment business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects to implement the TCQC Supplier strategy and commodity strategy.
• Drive resolution of tactical supply‑chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery or lead‑time for supplier sites and sub‑tiers.
• Provide procurement escalation support for assigned supplier sites.
• Support commercial and technical cost‑reduction programs.
• Execute supplier site capacity readiness programs.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in your discipline with basic knowledge of related areas.
• Understanding of best practices and how your function integrates with others, including awareness of market competition.
• Ability to act as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues and lead small, low‑risk projects.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, using judgment from multiple information sources.
• Impact on customer, operational, project or service activities across teams while working within broad guidelines.
• Effective interpersonal skills to convey sensitive information and build consensus.
