Superintendent – Luxury Residential

About the role

We are seeking a tech‑savvy Superintendent to lead luxury residential projects, including high‑end renovations and ground‑up builds, across the Naples/Ft. Myers market. The role offers the chance to work with an award‑winning general contractor known for sustainable construction and exceptional design.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction from groundbreaking to final handover, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries.
• Monitor daily progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and resolve field issues proactively.
• Facilitate seamless transitions between commercial and custom‑home divisions as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing luxury residential renovations and new‑build projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and deliver a best‑in‑class client experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in coordinating multiple trades and vendors.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices.
